Issues with items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us via email right away. Customers have 2 days from the delivery date to inspect their order and notify us of any issues. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted within this 2-day window, we will be unable to offer a resolution.
