Shipping Time



Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier.


Shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays — which are unfortunately out of our control.




Shipping Fees



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.


Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on qualifying orders (as stated in the shop banner or listing).




Lost or Stolen Packages



We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, including those marked as “delivered” by the carrier.


Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.
